Bluegrass Children's Center is a pediatric behavioral health & family development center. We're hiring across clinical services, child development, and administration.
Executive Director
The Executive Director oversees all operations of Bluegrass Children's Center, including childcare services, behavioral health programs, staff management, community partnerships, and organizational development. This position provides leadership for both administrative and clinical operations while ensuring the organization maintains a safe, professional, and family-centered environment.
Facility Manager
The Facility Manager oversees building operations, safety, maintenance coordination, classroom readiness, and operational logistics to ensure the center runs efficiently and safely each day.
Admin Assistant
The Admin Assistant supports front office operations, scheduling, parent communication, documentation management, and administrative coordination for both childcare and behavioral health services.
Teacher
Teachers provide structured educational instruction, child supervision, developmental support, and behavioral guidance within classroom environments while maintaining a safe and engaging atmosphere for children.
Teacher Aide
The Teacher Aide assists teachers with classroom management, child supervision, daily activities, and operational support while helping maintain a safe and structured environment for children.
Social Service Intern
The Social Service Intern assists with family outreach, case documentation, resource coordination, and community partnership support. This role provides hands-on experience in social services within a family-centered behavioral health and childcare environment.
Student Volunteer
The Student Volunteer position offers unpaid hands-on experience for students interested in childcare, social services, education, or behavioral health careers. Volunteers assist staff with daily activities, child engagement, and operational support while building professional skills in a real-world setting.
